the car is off the road at the moment as a plastic hose that goes into the radiator has came off the actual radiator

The hose hasn't came off because it overheated it's the little metal clip that holds it on to the radiator that has just worn with age I presume

The car was working perfectly till last week when the clip on the hose burst.

just need a bit of work on bump and new hose

Seems cheap at 600 quid, issue seems to be hose related

That is cheap I bought mine about a year and a bit ago for £1350 though it has done about half the mileage but it looks like it was sold by the the same dealership originally in NW Kent as the registration is similar..post-9282-0-58552600-1454617575_thumb.jpeg

The wheels on that one have been changed in the past as it looks like it has a set of E36 wheels as normally the low rent Z3s got a pepper pot style wheel but it might need a couple of new door mirrors by the look at it and they don't come cheap. post-9282-0-33621200-1454617925_thumb.jpeg

Does anyone else remember the cardboard masking templates you could buy for Ford sports wheels. Usually sold in the little kiosks you got at independent auctions, along with the wheel trims and seat covers.

That CF is ace, would have been from near here somewhere when new too.

Glen: he seems quite keen to shift that BM if you read the advert, bet you could chisel some off the price quite easily. Not far from me, happy to try and help picking you up from the station or something!

Thanks! I've had a 740 before and don't like going back in for sloppy seconds. That one does look great for the money though.

Eight grand to make a £3,000 car £15,000 worse. Unbelievable.
