Wow yes it is!!!!! That's a rare one. And check out the interior!!!!

I couldn't live with that, no matter how cheap it was.

15 mins up the road though. Am happy to take a look if anyone wants more detail.

Did they not end up putting the 6.75 litre back in until the end of the run it was so unpopular?

Thats right, they sacked it off as soon as VW got involved on the basis that it was just LAME. I know theres a few BMW-powered R-R silver Seraphs around but Bentley versions must be well rare.

Currently sat under a tree in a housing estate, covered in leaves. Owned by an old giffer who lives in sheltered housing, and no doubt could be bought directly off them for less. was originally up for £4k!!!

I belueve ut was cos VW didn;t like having a Beemer motor in there when they had just stolen the company from under BMWs feet - might also have something to do with the fact that BMW were righteously pissed off with the way things had panned out. It was all a bit... underhand!

There is an awful lot of BMW in the Arnage/Seraph as it was well along the road to BMW taking ownership from Vickers, who were skint.

Yes, the 4.4 twin turbo motor was slated by lots of people for lacking the prodigious torque of the old 6.75 unit, but, the old engine was 'dirty' and to get it clean enough (which Cosworth had a go at) was costly and stressed the engine quite a bit, which is why, the 4.4 unit is the one to get! The big engine WILL blow its head gaskets at 80.000 miles and that's 5K to you sir! Didn't help that there was a touch of 'project drive' about it all and the specs of components was downgraded considerably.

This is one of the reasons that I have never wanted an Arnage. That and it's ugly at the front and back, the BMW influence, and that I prefer the older car.

I could go on, but as everyone is already asleep ...

I read that getting the 6.75 back in the game was one of Ferdinand Piech's 'MAKE IT HAPPEN' directives, like building the VW Phaeton and the Lupo 3L.

Lupo 3l??

Lupo modified by Volkswagen with the aim of achieving 3 litres of fuel used per 100 kilometres driven (94.1 MPG).

engine misfiring and management light on but drives well,

What do we reckon? Lambda sensor? Injector?

Coil pack. Ten mins with a decent code reader would tell you.

Look at the plate on that Ferarsi thing . You couldn't make it up .

We fitted a fuel pump to it for the owner last year. The "0" key on his keyboard is stuck.

£6000!!!! Sounds nuts, but to be fair the seller has helpfully suggested what may be required to get it MOT'd

Flippin LOL!!!!! Six grand for a 1100 Fiesta and he can't be arsed putting some new tyres and an MOT on it. Obv doesn't feel that 'being legally driveable' might aid a sale. Clearly a skilled operator.
