Ford built Rancheros from the 1957 model year.

sorry, Junkchap, I wasn't clear. I knew they had been making them since '57, I'm not sure why but I had it in my head that they had continued with '57 & '58 sheetmetal for the  '59 trucks.

That (Xantia) was on a £200 BIN and some joker started bidding on it. I must admit I thought it had ended by now so maybe he's relisted it? Doesn't seem too bad to be honest though.

I remember watching some JRG Volvo 66 years back with a BIN 150 + auction 50 start. Some clown opened the bidding and the BIN dropped off. Ended up going for a couple of hundred.

IT'S A FIXED DURATION AUCTION. Are there really still halfwits out there that thinks it's a live auction?

I noticed that and thought what a tight bastard, just hit the BIN button!

A few years back I came across an old Honda 250 on eBay, complete and running but with no pictures - £35 BIN or best offer. By the time I got there and pressed BIN, unbelievably, he'd had three offers...

It's one of two things: either someone hoping to get to cheaper, or someone wrecking it for everyone else by bidding, knowing it'll take the BIN price away.
