This looks a lot of bang for you buck.

There was an even cheaper, if slightly older, B10 on the Bay earlier in the week - ended with no bids, to my surprise, so might still be available.  Only three years away from being driveable on a car licence.

My mate is up in Seattle on business at the moment so I emailed him the link. Both of us would love to get this, unfortunately it couldn't be made road legal here in California - plus, we both have slightly stalled projects that need attention first. And the price is a bit cheeky too.

My mate is up in Seattle on business at the moment so I emailed him the link. Both of us would love to get this, unfortunately it couldn't be made road legal here in California - plus, we both have slightly stalled projects that need attention first. And the price is a bit cheeky too.

I'm sure your local VW dealership could help out with getting it California compliant.
