Did they lift it then move the rear axle a foot towards the front of the car?

Bastardised interior, these should only have rubber floors and vinyl seats.

If I won the lottery...blah blah blah....

I like this because black Alfa saloons always look classy and sophisticated, plus it's an unusual poverty model 1.6 with wheel trims.

However, I double-like it because the owner's a giant fibber and the new MOT site has caught him out.

Owner says...

No MOT - Nothing major wrong with the car just need it sold

I would love one of those.  If I had the time to look after one, I'd be all over that but it probably won't be cheap.  I'm sure it's been on before, the rally heritage sounds familiar.

Anyway, despite their enduring popularity*, this might be the last Numberplate Obfuscation Award from me. Calamity James on Pistonheads spoiled it forever by demonstrating how you can extract the numberplate for any car, hidden or not.

FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDERED OF YOUR EARTH POUNDS!!!!!

With more waffle than a Bird's Eye potato factory....

"I have a collection of cars, some of them considered a little bit more glamorous than the Volvo, but whether an Aston DB9 or DB7, my Bentley Continental GT or my Chevy Silverado (also for sale on this site), nothing, genuinely, brings as many kind words and friendly conversations as the Volvo 740."

Crikey I had forgotten all about these things.       A distant Uncle of mine bought one to replace an SD1 but I never knew how he got one with it.   Any one here got one?

One of the reasons I posted it - there used to be loads about and now you hardly see one. Supposedly they were a bit of an underrated car... but I wonder if the usual Mazda rust killed them?

1991 LR Defender 90. What are these worth, if they've been owned by "normal" people. This one is £4790 and

owned by fat tongued Mockney Wankspaniel Jamie Oliver
