Once upon a time I owned this car, and prior to me I think Mr_Hirst of this parish did as well.

The only thing I am responsible for on this car is the hybrid turbo, as I made it myself, and am pleased it still works, as for the rest of the car ...

It's not an Avanzato either as it has the wrong number of doors. This is actually an L510S Mira Classic with the bonnet, tailgate, bumpers and lights from an L512 Avanzato fitted.

Aww, that Sumo is a little sweetie.  5 gears and 3 cylinders though - decadence!

 

Makes me wonder whether I've overpriced the 700 a bit though - the Sumo looks in better nick and is cheaper.

That brings back memories, when we were all starting to buy our first cars, one friend had a Nova Star 1.2 identical to that.  I always liked the green details, never saw another one though.  Tough little thing, it took heaps of abuse at the hands of an absolutely terrible driver and never even rusted that badly.  The engine just went on and on and on until his brother inherited it.  I believe it was eventually scrapped after a relatively minor MOT failure which was a shame.
