What is the big black 2 door between the Cadillac and the Van?

It's a 1965-ish Chrysler Imperial Crown Coupe.   Most agreeable.

There was no such thing as a Chrysler Imperial between 1955 and 1975.

I'm not convinced about that C15. Should a really early one have 4 stud wheels?

Didn't know that!   Every day is a school day.   A luxury sub-brand along the lines of Toyota Lexus - any idea if it was the first such example?.

Never noticed that. I suppose that if the beam (think these were torsion bar weren't they) needed replacing at some point you would just have to use the later one as maybe none of the earlier ones were available?

Can't really see the point of someone getting a later model of one of these, changing the boot and headlights and then trying to make millions. It ain't going to happen.

I think petrol C15s were three stud, diesels were four regardless of age ( I've not clicked the link but I'm assuming that's a diesel one)

I think it was 3 stud wheels for the petrol vans - "Van blanc", and four stud for the Diesels - "Van rouge"

Heres another 2-dr Renner 11, did we ever get these here? This one's a diesel 'Societé' (2-seater sports model) which looks good for £325 but seemingly the tyres and suspension are worn out.

A two seater sports diesel hatchback? Those crazy French.
