See this is more like where footballer/celebrity wages ought to be. Yeah a bit more than your average joe, but only enough that they have stuff that normal* people buy but done up just a little bit nicer*.

According to reports he earned about £20 million from football plus a modelling career and property investments so definitely a little bit more than this average Joe, at least.

He's dreaming at 2500 quid, which probably means the reserve is set at something daft as well. That D reg one is worth the money for the right to sit in that interior.

The Jag - I think the seller is very ambitious with his buy it now price, undrivable without MOT. I think it will end up reserve not met?

Yeah defo, he's mental asking £2500 for a pov spec jag with no tax or test!!!!

F*** me, a sensibly priced Type 2.

You'd think it would be much worse after 15 years of standing in a Girvan garden.  (Girvan is a quaint fishing village on the Clyde). All that Scottish sea air.

It will be much worse, believe me...

I'm just up the road from that Van. I'm thinking about lobbing a cheeky bid on it. Wob up the wheel arches, spray the underneath in 4 inches of sealer. It'll sale through an MOT right???

My father in law has a Type 2 and would be all over that like a cheap suit for spares for his. Wonder what it will fetch in the end? Always wary of the "advertised else where so can be ended at anytime" which usually translates to "I think it's worth loads and will not sell for anything less than 2 grand".

I've just bid that van up to 400 quid but I recon someone's stuck at least a grand in, which is more than I'd want to pay. I also noticed (after bidding) the hi-top means it wound't fit in my lockup!

This pez auto 405 is tempting me.  Has gone from £750 to £400 over the past few months, so has entered 'worth a punt' territory.  Says a monkey on ebay but 400 on autotrader.

And me, prefer the 2.0 litres though.  You'd probably get it for £300 'cos no other bugger will buy it except me.
