Junkman that Astra is incredible! That took 8 years? That's the worst thing I've seen for a while

Easier than it is to take a bloody photo of a goddamn camper van, obviously.

Oh I dunno - I think they've captured the essence.

77 quid so far. I don't see it taking much coin. Jeez.

It does come with a Haynes manual.

Re: 2CV - Well, it's not like the spindly bit of metal they've chopped out is much protection! I'm intrigued to know how those doors latch though and what happened to the seatbelts?!

Bungee cords? Wouldn't fancy sitting on those garden chairs for long either.

An interesting idea, but I don't fancy my elbow being the side impact protection.

You'd have to leave your seatbelt off so you could quickly move to the other side if there was any chance of even a cyclist running into you! I saw one hit by a Transit at about 30mph and it just got shoved out of the way. Driver was very shaken but apart from a bruise on the shoulder, fine. B-post took the impact but the whole side of the car was a little bent, suggesting the forces had been well distributed. With that mod, a Transit might just drive through one side and out the other!

Dunno, but is it legal to put your mum's patio furniture in the car?!?!?

Look how clean this Xantia is - wish I needed one, I'd get this.

But why the heck doesn't the seller just get a test on it? If I was an MOT tester I'd give it a pass just by how smart it is. I should never be an MOT tester. Anyway - it's £199 start price.

I usually embed one of the smaller pictures - but I'm linking the big one for this so you can click it and get a real eyeful.

This looks quite appealing in sort of tumble dryer kind of way.

FOR SOME REASON IT HAS COME UP THAT THE MILEAGE IS 500,093, THIS ISN'T CORRECT, THE ACTUAL MILEAGE IS IN FACT ONLY 50,093

THE 'REASON' IS THAT YOU HAVE CLEARLY TYPED IT IN WRONG 'SHIT FOR BRAINS' (Not used that insult since I was about 15)

Tha Xantia does look nice, but a 1600cc pez? That must be pretty flipping rubbisn to drive.

I've had to relist this due to a complete timewaster. If you've no intention of paying for the car, why bother bidding?! Telling me after the auction ends that you're "going for a two week holiday and will pay and collect the car when you get back" is NOT acceptable!

So you've not used eBay much then right? That sounds like a successful sale to me by normal eBay standards

That Acty camper looks well balanced.  Load it up with crockery and pull a wheelie at the traffic lights.

From the above:

I bought this lovely little van to do a long trip into Europe. Sadly the trip has been cancelled and I need to sell this classic Honda Acty Camper.

TRANSLATION: I was going to go on a trip round Europe with my wife and she took one look at this chosen conveyance for said trip and packed her bags.

classic Honda Acty Camper. It runs well, fires up immediately and cruises comfortably at 65 to 70mph.

I'm sure that's possible if you're towing it behind your real camper.
