That 1300 Beta coupe is a frequent flyer on here and ebay. According to 'items I didn't win' in my ebay it last changed hands for £1462 3 weeks ago . He's even copy and pasted most of the text, just added the selling some of my toys bit. Looks like I had a lucky escape, although to be fair my £800 bid was probably a tad optimistic .

That Kia Clarus is spectacularly grim. I remember thinking who on earth would buy one when they come out in 1999, particularly as they weren't any cheaper than a Mondeo, Rover 600 or Vectra (all of which you could easily drive home for 80-90% of the list price at that point).

 

Thus now of course one would be pure platinum level Autoshite
