water has got inside in the drivers foot well via the bonnet and a perished grommet, this has made the carpets wet. I'll leave the windows open for a while and hopefully this will help dry them out

Can't see any flaws in that plan.

£100 via papal within 12 hours of auction finishing

SHUT UP MAN

Not all foreigners immediately understand that even a Mercedes is only worth £3.94 in the UK once it's three years old.

I forgot, subtract 3 quid if OMGLHD.

WHOA! SERIES ONE V8! And look how nice it looks! It even has MOT!

Will drive away and is MOT'd until 13th October.

On 06-Oct-14 at 18:59:49 BST, seller added the following information:

OK I got a spot of daylight today when it wasn't raining cats and dogs. Had a brief look at the car.

1) We have bulkhead rot on the nearside. Which I would class as terminal.

2) The boot floor doesn't really exist.

3) There are whopping great holes in the front of the sills - there is some evidence of some welding there as well.

4) The thing lets water in like a rag top.

As a consequences the words 'dangerous to drive' spring to mind. Don't expect anything but a rusty wreck.

Come and take it away please!

Bugger me! I'd love this! at £1995 and with only 21000 miles I'd say this was a mega bargain! Someone needs to save it before it gets slammed and banded!

Blimey! Having looked at the pics - no way that could have passed an (unbiased) test a year ago surely?

Even more remarkable is that it's none other than Nick Dunning who obviously got the shaft end of a deal.

Check out that steering wheel!!!!! Presumably this lad, while he's driving about in the actual real world in a proper car on genuine tarmac roads, is dreaming of the good old days when he spent hours and hours playing flipping SEGA RALLY or whatever down the amusements. I bet £5 that it is impossible to see the dials on this car while driving.

Could just be an illusion but the offset on the wheel has a Socialist Worker style leftist bias.
