These Mazda 6 look cheap now. Well, all apart from this monstrous left hooker...

Ha, good luck with that one sonny

Those things are actually a bit of a beast.  Like a more grown up Subaru WRX.  It's not your usual 750 quid 1.8-litre snotter.

Probably still not worth nine bags though to be fair.

Sex me up sugar.

5 bags mind. 5 bags for a 1100 4 door, 5 bags only to attract every tribal tattooed jogging pant wearing div to talk to me about Mexico stripes, bubble arches and how shit everything else is. I'll stick with my £700 Allegro on second thoughts...

That Astramax is so shite it hurts.

It's also in my watch list as I really need another vehicle to not get around to welding up.

Rover 45 V6 for sale on my manor, currently £220 with 20-odd hours to go, it did have a BIN of £300 but thats disappeared. No ticket. at £300 thats the cheapest one of these I've seen yet. Lousy colour mind you.

I'd like that Escort there, that's lovely, but I doubt I'd want to pay more than £1000 for it and I think I'd probably get arrested for the killing spree Fordmongs would incite me to commit.

That Escort sold a few weeks back for £2600 locally, all that the seller's done is clean it and possibly done the bottom end rebuild.

Here's the link from the last seller. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-ESCORT-MK1-DELUXE-4-DOOR-SALOON-ANCHOR-BLUE-/171159379654?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item27d9e4dec6&nma=true&si=tHYyU0Ro9h9BLoJFGIjGal7SRL4%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

Leboncoin doesn't seem to like me, whenever I tryto search it just puts up that big blue picture of France and clicking on an individual province just

repeats the cycle.

Check out this awesome LWB Rover 75!!!!

The previous

owner used it as a ‘normal’ car perhaps not appreciating the rarity of the
vehicle.

What a fucking winner!!!!

I'd love to know how these low-volume limo builders sort out a supplier of glass, and what they pay for a new rear side window. tooling costs etc.

Posted

£650 for that non-running pick-up and not a hint of what might be wrong with it.

(Apart from the obvious, obviously.)

Posted

Theyre worth fairly serious dollar for export, i bet he'll shift it OK after christmas.

Posted

So, what you're saying is, I could pay £650 for it Christmas Eve, drag it down to Harwich (nearer the docks innit) on the way to the inlaws, get busy with f.i.l's pressure washer on Christmas Day afternoon and sell for £MEGAPROFIT on Boxing Day?

Good plan.

If anyone here present knows of any impediment to me purchasing this ol' Merc, would they please declare it now.

It's <5 miles from WorldofCeri Castle and also £650.
