I'll stick my neck out here and say that Transit isn't all that bad for the money. The bodywork looks straight enough and I'd have thought the engine mush be worth a few quid to someone. Take that stupid bonnet off, lob a 2.5Di in and you've got a nice looking, useable van that's more reliable than the newer shaped ones.

I'd be tempted to get it running properly as it is. 200 bhp should shift it along nicely. until the gearbox explodes anyway.

Bargainous fourdoor.

Feeling vulnerable? An armoured S-Class is just the ticket for the shiteist on the run.

Never noticed before, but there's a bit of a Tagora look going on from the side:

I love this. Just the sort of thing I would be driven round in should I ever get involved in high-level politics.

I really can't warm to these at all and this is possibly the worst colour you could possibly paint a car.

Jaguar and Daimler charged a bleedin' fortune for Primrose Pearl paint on the Insignia special orders in the 90's.

Autoshite holidays are pleased to offer this fine vehicle ....

I'm not one for campers, but this is HOT!

That S-Class will apparently stop a 7.62 caliber round with it's 6.5mm steel plating.

*looks at his Liverpudlian surroundings*

Might be useful.

That Mercedes camper has only done so few miles because it'd take several weeks to get to the local fucking shops in that.

'NEEDS WELDING'

File that in the Slight Understatement drawer, please, Miss Jones.

Shite-spec 406 koop for £495 with a year's MOT. Won't be much fun dealing with the vendor though, who has a first-class honours degree from the UNIVERSITY OF BASTARD.

Angry, angry man, although with a curiously child-like attachment to rainbow colourings.

Wow. I've been trying to find a picture of a Beetle converted like that for ages. I remember reading about a metallic red one in some magazine many, many moons ago. I'm afraid I really liked it...

This is the Heinkel and shed from the Mouldsworth Motor Museum that recently sold in auction, I'd be interested to see what it makes.

Wow! A Borgward Isabella barn find!

Taken out of use in 1975 for leaking water pump, new repair kit bought but never fitted, still in original packaging

406 Seller is indeed a man with pent-up agression, however some stuff like

MY PHONES HAVE AN IN BUILT FILTER THAT DEALS WITH WORDSLIKE BEST PRICE, LAST PRICE, FINAL PRICE, ALLOMYTE, HELLO MY FRIEEENND & ANY OTHER CALCUTTA MARKET PLACE TACTICS SO BE WARNED IF YOU SAY ANY OF THE ABOVE YOU WILL BE POCKETTED IMMEDIATELY.

(without the capslock fuckery) is a good point and one that I believe some regular car sellers on here adhere to ;)

Is it just me or does this actually look quite cool? I'd like to roll in it.

18,000 mile Justy for a shade under a grand BIN. I like the look of this.

No pictures, but this sounds intriguing.

Sunbeam Rapier with tax and MOT for currently 500 notes and about 10 miles away. If the Orion sells by the end of Saturday, I may just have to potter over and take a peak with some cash in my pocket as these are serious lookers, much like a small Jensen Interceptor.

Have a picture off of Google - other search engines are available.

Nobody care for a little slice of heavily pogweaseled misery from Malaysia's 3rd favorite car manufacturer?

Or if that far eastern battered bollok doesn't float your boat, how about this gorgeous* Daewoo Espero with MOT and tax until September?

It can't just be me who thinks that those are a bit of a looker. A bit like if a Citroen XM and a Mk2 Cavalier had a drunken shag down a Korean back alley and then left the ofspring in an orphanage to be fostered by well meaning Daewoo.

Funnily enough, the driving experience is much the same as you've described it's origins there. I was quite disappointed at the time because I too think they look like a bit of alright.

Didn't know whether to put this in the bargains thread or not, these things seem to be going the way of the 500s now after years of being worthless.

The standard ones of these don't do much for me but I'd happily zip about town in a Sporting.

Michelin-man seats aside, these do look boss. Last of the "proper" GM B-body bad boys.
