I had a Laguna 1.9 dti at the time . Miles better drive. Even  the Mondeo 1.8 TD I had before that was a lot better.

So both cars 2 or 3 generations of vehicle newer than the Montego, hardly a fair comparison - compare it to a diesel sierra or maybe 405, not so bad
