Perfect spec - 827Si with velour and the early skinny bumpers.  Hot hot hot.

I remember seeing the advert for this back in the summer. It was on for £2.5k. Now at £2.3k. The front bumper looks quite scuffed so I wonder if there's a multitude of sins waiting to be uncovered.:unsure:

Off the road for 10 years. It failed the MOT and has been left in the corner of my workshop for the last 5 years.

It will become MOT and Tax exempt from April next year, so just wait till then and drive to all the car shows

Yeah that Galant is utterly mega. Reading up on them and apparently the press of the era didn't much like the engine as the turbo spools up with start up, meaning it's super smokey and loud first thing.  Perfect WBOD in which case. 

I've checked about a hundred times but I can't find a spare £1300 anywhere. 

 

It came second to the Camry TD in this group test, the Japanese diesels being more refined than the Audi 1.6 TD.

I didn’t even know Mitsubishi made (or at least offered) a diesel before the 90s other than in Shoguns etc. Now that I’ve seen it, I can’t stop thinking about the fucker, chocolate lime colour scheme and all. I can just imagine giving it three preheat cycles before it rattles into life on a freezing morning. Summat wrong with me.

please someone on here buy it, I can’t wait to see how *great the parts supply is

That Talbot interior is special, in the best way. I can't remember the last time I saw a seat that looked more inviting than that.
