As discussed in my 'memoirs' thread - it's as rare as the bASe.  Whilst it's got proper mirrors and a colour coded nose, it's also got a 1.3 pinto engine and a gaping hole where insensitive cretins may seek to place 'entertainment'.

Yes, £2850.  Whatever.  Find another one.

I would like it.  I lived, loved and worked in Craigavon for a while.  You should buy it - circumnavigate the island recreating the excellent Tony Hawks adventure (this time NOT with a refrigerator, but something that made so many of them) - fall in love with the place and then bring it home.

To me.

You're welcome.

Of that sentence, I suggest the word 'slight' to be the one requiring more clarity.

Be less "McQueen" and more "McPratt". How do you explain to people that you are the guy with a "Porsche" when...ahem....its actually not one. Buy a Boxster...they are cheap too

if you need something to take the dogs out in all weather, move large objects around, perhaps lend to someone who tends to bump into things, need a mobile greenhouse/shed, or if you need something quirky for a Crumball / Wacky / Dumball / Banger rally entrant, this is the car for you.

That (caravan) is still utterly brilliant though. Prime fodder for some 'arty' Kath Kidson wank spoon wannabe to 'individualise' with sticky backed plastic, chequered curtains and a whistling kettle though.

Reminds me of this:

And the Oscar for Best Understatement in an Ebay Advertisement goes to:

This car was parked up 25 years ago and will require restoring.

It's in Bournemouth - SEA FIND!

Or have what looks like a nice Merc to tuck-up in a warm garage and love...this has several good points.. its a good colour, pre-facelift  (the car not me) and even has the original overmats. I'd say a VERY GOOD BUY...all things being ok on inspection. These are criminally undervalued for their quality. Would have been £25,000 in 1990.

I've seen some mouldy interiors in my time, but this is going to take some beating.

I would try tree times to clean that interior then leave it as it is...................

More likely laddo did this abortion himself (while pissed up and wearing a blindfold, presumably) and he knows he'd be sued if he tried to suggest that any self-respecting paint shop would curl out something like that.
