Bugger! Looking at the shot you took, it seemed to be missing its drivers door and a few other bits but did have a blue interior, and I'd love to change a fair few bits if I can find a nice one. Would have liked the rear lamp clusters too, so I can swap the nearside one at some point, since the current one's been 'blacked' by the diesel smoke.

 

Let me know if you see any more - I can't find a yard round here that doesn't deal in Jap imports only! And don't forget the Horopito visit that's on the cards with STUNO at some point.

hey Cav..that car was pretty rooted..interior was shot..only a headlight of the other VKs would suit u..but we can rely on the fact that their as common as possum poo...well...without having to shoot them out of the trees!..mebbe Horopito over the festering season...theres a cool camp site at Tauramanui ..which probs aint that far from sth Waikato..where are u exactly..sweet as bud..

I'm in Tokoroa, which causes almost everyone who's heard of it (apart from those who live here) to suck air through their teeth and ask why we've moved here and do we have contents insurance?! Has had some trouble in the past and the local economy is pretty shagged but it's doing for now. All that said, I don't see us buying a house here, put it that way... much nicer places nearby still within commutable distances.

 

Will liase with STUNO and the domestic management to see what can be done and when about a meet-up .

Problem of a beach house in summer..is no work and friends coming to make holiday..so Dan n son Milan came up from Wellington..Dan is a good shitetist and designer..his Volvo highway tank..£600..he doesnt use it in town..and intends to keep it for a while and doesn't mind the preservation costs..notice my backyard is about 50ms long..if it was mine i could have a junkyard..

 

at a new op-shop we found in Fielding and I got a large V.Ward Swan print for $5..the old boy owned this from new..Yamaha 50cc..i liked a lot

 

and this was epic..old Japper beer truck..Tui is our local-famous NZ beer company..and a Tui is our comical native bird who can imitate any other birdsong..
