Hairnet NZ adventures

The is (was?) a great scrapyard I visited outside Hamilton (I think). Can't miss it as it has Rolls Royce on th 25 foot high plinth by the entrance.

It was 22 years ago and no camera phones back then, so no photos.

Sorry, this was Horopito Motors near Ohakune. Just Google Maps Horopito. There is nothing else there !

The RR still sits on it's plinth, which is now shorter.

Some excellent motors among that lot HairNet...... I know I'll be doing a roadtrip over there at some point too, just got to let minime grow a bit first so he can tag along.

Isn't the worlds longest zipwire near where you are at the moment? Expect video asap ;-)

Don't know about anyone else on here, but NZ looks positively attractive at this moment.   Especially that scrapyard.....

.... they're looking for a shit load of plasterers - after the Equake loike ;)

All trades still wanted in Christchurch, you can get a work visa then go through the work to residence route to become a new kiwi.

See ya soon !!
