Im sure there was a company of some sort or another that used to buy in Kas, paint them pink and then sell them on at a profit to no doubt 'quality' clientele. I wonfer if this is one of their products.

That said, Kas with the old chapper engine are v thin on the ground up in Scotch now.

This indeed - there was a guy in Telford doing similar according to a family member of mine. Apparently he used to sell loads of them back when they were common “first” cars. Typically adorned with playboy stickers too

Impressed at the lack of rust on that!

Have you started soaking the plugs in WD40 or Plusgas yet? You probably know they are well known for seizing in

I like pink cars.  I like the Ka.  I don't think I like this pink Ka.

I like it and would have it for comedy value if I had any space on the drive.  But then I'm a middle-aged man who drives a pogweasel MX5, so my self-respect is long gone.

I think a pink panda wears the colour better.

It isn't mine.  They were a genuine Fiat model though!

Does the back end of the Ka remind anyone else of a knob?

A place near me used to spray these old Ka in pink, a cynic would say they spent a lot on trowelling the old P38 over newspaper to make those fuel fillers passable. These are notorious for the plugs seizing in the head, while it runs I'd leave it. These rattled like fuck when new.

Stick it on faceache in the hope someone 'falls in love' with it.

I remember someone at my work having one with a plug stuck in the head at 3 years old. I think it ended up with a helicoil in it.

For some reason they always reminded me of a crawling baby that's shat its nappy.   I also figured that's maybe why they appealed to women.

This really belongs in that thread about not selling enough biros or something.....It is on my very, very short list of Things I Would Rather Catch a Bus Than Drive.

I like them. My boss in NZ let me use hers once, reminded me of a Fiesta Zetec with no power.
