There were a fair few interesting cars there other than our own, apparently Mick's on a sunny day is the place to be. This chap turned up in a Jago.

There were some slammed VWs on air rams. The owner of the Jetta turned out to be a really nice chap, and he may turn up to post tales of woe about his rusty mk1 MX5 at some point.

Sorry my visit was so brief, but nice to see some famialr faces and meet some not-famialr ones. Also thanks for the Saab mags Vantman, I'll work my way through them over the next few weeks.

Right, sorted out my wankercam video. It's unlisted right now, I'm not sure whether I should make it public or not. I suppose I'm already making it public by posting it here.

I dropped and smashed my phone yesterday evening getting out of the Mercury too so I can’t even call him to see! It won’t even switch on now.

 

Fingers crossed he’s ok.

I doubt it - on reflection I think it's the alternator. It couldn't even run the engine on tick over, without battery help- wrong way around.

 

I don't have his number but have Pm'd with a few suggestions ( inc a loan car whilst it's sorted) but deafening silence.
