HMC Posted April 11, 2025 Author Posted April 11, 2025 Im still awaiting more bits of history from the estate of the deceased former owner. Ive had a few pics, which show it passed the “patina” stage some years ago, and went right through the other side, hence the need for a complete restoration that it received… Im assuming the hole in the roof is responsible for the entire interior being new! It was, although this time we stayed in a nearby town. We set off back with wine in the trunk and a brittany flag flapping around at the back Great little trip, kids enjoyed it and the Austin was solid and reliable, just as it was designed to be at launch in 1921.
