Today, we’re on an adventure northward.

We’ve been on two trains, are currently sat in a pub in Carlisle and then we need to get another train to our overnight destination.

The Golf? My new daily of choice at the moment.

I’ve put plenty of miles on it and it’s so far only needed a new drivers door lock and an updated CAN gateway module to stop the battery drain since I’ve updated the stereo!

It still needs the headlining sorting as well as the rust on the front wing whilst I’m also keeping an eye out for a multi function steering wheel as having to reach over to turn the volume knob is so last year.

Aircon is good too!!

Had 3 of em as work vans. All 5 pot tdis. Although I don't get the whole vw scene (why I don't know as I've also had 3 golf gtis) i loved them T4s. Properly nice things to drive and with that engine a lovely noise as well.
