Pretty cool Honda Accord 4 door semi-matic, Nice plate too, Shame the pictures aren't great.

Lovely striping, but the fire extinguisher on the passenger seat looks a bit ominous...

That's stunning! I would say if anyone fancies that Accord, don't hesitate as they're ace. Surprisingly fun to drive, nice handling and the likes. Dunno what they'd be like with the Hondamatic though.

Aye, and so does the rot at the base of the screen pillar. Still, I suppose a £50 reserve is reasonable enough.

That's a bit strange - the front wings actually end on the bottom of the windscreen chrome, as seen on mine:

The driver side one just looks like the rot is confined the front wing as it neatly ends there, but the passenger side is all over the place - it's like they've filled over the seam between the front wing and A-pillar or something! Weird.

I think it only went on today, so likely went for some sort of cash offer...

Yers, it's deffo one of those.

So why the chuff is there a RHD one wearing Ford badges?

Oh, and check out the location of that pic!!!!!!

You must have been posting about the same time as me wuvvum. Judging by the faded signwriting I think the previous owners must have been well embarrassed it wasn't a Cargo!

Posted

I think they did import a few at one stage - there was a red 3.5-tonner on the Bay a couple of years ago which was RHD.

Think its a joint venture between Zastava and Fiat/Iveco. Looks like a late OM-40. At certain points Iveco supplied Ford engines, or Fiat ones, So I would presume this one has Ford running gear. Iveco Turdbo Dailys came with the same options, and were also built under licence by Zastava.

It's still coming up as a Zastava though, not Ford!

Wouldnt have been a 3i on a w plate. It would have been an XR3 with the carb engine.

I knew that...no idea why I put the 'i' there...

That Ital listing is pretty much unreadable. Great machine though!
