This is an appealing little machine, pretty rare I imagine.

its just had a new sill on the near side and the other side needs replacing (new sill included) and a small hole on inner sill thats it

I suspect that will mean 'needs sills/floorpans/inner wings/arches/chassis members/front panel' when you start prodding.

I cant get my head around the fact thats a 20 year old car now!! I would have hoped that it was solid enough with only 30k on the clock, however I believe that the BULKHEADS can rot on those things Land Rover style which is not a job I'd have any enthusiasm for tackling.

I'm sure I even recall seeing it in 1980's Peter Filby magazines.

Would that be "Alternative cars" magazine? I was having a flick through some of those last night. Some right plastic guff is featured in those
Yeah, great magazines though! I seem to recall they cost £2 a pop in 1983 or something when all other car mags were denominated in pence still. Glossy mags, yet still full of shite. Wonderful!

I have a rule of never getting involved in other folks' shitters (arf arf) but that looks so nice i would maybe make an exception and try to put that back together (this twat has sold the engine and box of course which is no doubt in someones Sherpa soft top now).

Who'd use a TC as an engine donor indeed!Just rob one out of an MGB!

I think that's what he meant by Sherpa soft top.

PRIMA POWAH!!! Bet it's dog slow though - the TD Montego was no ball of fire, and this must weigh 50% more.

Simca 1100 1972 - low miles - no mention of MOT. Needs some body work and paint. £450. West Midlands.

It's in the under £1000 section of CCW. Keep Dollywobbler happy and buy a copy, or, if you're a stingy get, PM me for the number.

For some reason old Accords/Civics seem to get all sorts of random toss added to the title. Mine is called an "Accord 3G" on the logbook and I have no idea what that means.
