The engine is brand new (I managed to destroy the one it arrived with by ignoring a protesting oil pressure light last summer). It's just as well though, as the new one.... doesn't leak oil all over my dad's drive.

Yuck.

 

I would love to interupt their having a good old time, playing a guitar and wooing some young exchange students. By pulling up next to them in this, and playing a Shania Twain CD all night long.

I'll just walk around in a tatty bathrobe, drink a load of Skol and generally be a bit of a nuisance.

 

I can't think of why these people are so detestable (I think it's the picture of them enjoying themselves), but they are, so tough luck.

Re that senator above that xr1984 posted, I'm sure about 10-12 years ago bro' had one in the yard, that was a manual. Gold it was, went like stink, and quite sideways.We got evicted from the yard and left it there I think :oops:

1968 Toyota Corona

this car is in need of restoration needs carb and gearbox putting back in has rust in bottom lh doors right hand doors need panel beating around hatch by hinges needs a plate welded in .rego is on hold till june has been in a garage parked up since 1991 seats are in good condition owner i got it off had owened it for 39 years would be a shame to see it go to waste as it is pretty rare car please phone to view or ask any questions

Go for it Rab, those Corona wagons were super rare when new. I've only seen 1 or 2 before. On the Toyota scene I saw a Camry Coupe today..the model whose wagon had the twin rear wipers, never seen one before !

hey STUNO..yeah..seems so...even image wise i wasnt able to find a hatch..ive got a mate in Porirua who can look it over..i aint gonna fly it thru a warrant .. be a nice wee project...yikes..
