Here you go, found on the net but it is mine! You have to see it in the sun to appreciate it, it was one of the best colour/shape combinations ever.

YES!

The yellow paint defines the lines far better than red or green I reckon. That looks fully amazing.

Wife ran a 146ti, same lump for five years; no real trouble

Started rotting on the floors but the (older) Boxer one I had was clean underneath

Keep eye on the oil level and just drive it

Well, its Sunday. I guess that means we should do some collectioneering.

Players 1 and 2, select your vehicle.

Well, this one has functioning air con.....

Journey begins.

Its a lovely day for it and the drive is moderate and enjoyable.

Quick blast around the block and it seems right enough.  Clutch is very high, but not slipping.  Brakes work, engine works, interior is spotless, paint is good.

Pop the bonnet:

yeah that all looks fine........hang on.  That coolant looks a bit dark.

And now I look at it, its quite overfull and there seems to be a lot of oil in it.

The lower red line is the Min level, max is just above as can be seen.  The top red line is the actual coolant level.

Im no expert but it looked to me like there was oil sticking to the inside of the coolant tank. Dipped my finer in and it came out oily.

Bugger.

I have no funds or skills for a project so its time to walk away dejected. Shame. Luckily it was local and I could thank the missus for trailing out with me with Aldi/Lidl brand Calippos and ice cream on the way home.

Return leg shit spot.

Tipped over car is still tipped over.

Sums up the day nicely.

End of non-collection.

If my experience of Alfas is anything to go by, non-collection is much preferable to collection

He said it had just been serviced and he didnt know anything about it.

Just been serviced and they put far too much coolant mixed with oil in? You should ask for your money back, I said.

I will.

He said.

Alfa did an amazing job, given the era, of getting an airbag into that wheel and still make it look stylish.

Lusharooney iirc there m8. Only the orange ones, like. I don't think they are that small in comparison.

Does this affect the roffle in any way?

I had a 146 TS.  It was GR8. The only problem was a weird accelerator pedal position which made my ankle ache over long distances.

The are terrific for dogging in inclement weather too with that scooped out passenger side dash.

In fact, heres a picture of it.  No pictures of the actual outside of the car oddly.  But it was black.
