nigel bickle Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 I'm slowly clearing Nigel's spares, and have found a pair of dirty but sound rear lights..... They look like Rover P6 units to me, but I don't recall he ever owned one! So, can someone identify them for me please..... And these rims Which seem to be 98 Pcd., but I don't recognise them.. Anyway, any help appreciated Stu
The Reverend Bluejeans Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 Them are rare gorden Keable rear lites m8
Conrad D. Conelrad Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 P6 lenses are marked L779. They do very much look like P6 lights.
Negative Creep Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 Wheels look Alfa or Lancia-ish, PCD checks out
nigel bickle Posted March 9, 2017 Author Posted March 9, 2017 Yup. But he's good enough to function. The family are helping him slim stuff he'll never now use. I'm rapidly becoming an old car person.. Quite fun, actually.
John F Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 Good to hear he's OK... please pass on my regards Stu, and hope he gets well soon. eddyramrod 1
nigel bickle Posted March 9, 2017 Author Posted March 9, 2017 Thanks. Sadly the prognosis isn't great

nigel bickle Posted March 9, 2017 Author Posted March 9, 2017 Are you ok with me using his account here, or prefer I re register? I'm only likely in occasionally, probably to ask for help with identification etc Magnificent Rustbucket and John F 2

Magnificent Rustbucket Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 Awful news that Nigel is unwell. I have never met him, but have followed his posts with great interest, as so many on here have. loserone, pompei, egg and 2 others 5
Magnificent Rustbucket Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 The wheel looks really familiar to me, but I can't quite place it.

DSdriver Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 I hope Nigel is bearing up. I hope you weren't planning on doing anything else for the next six months Stu, there must be quite a lot of stuff to sort through. mercrocker Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 Another message of support here.......Met the great man on one occasion as a Shiter and in a previous time - purely as a result of him having yet another interesting vehicle. Please pass on my best wishes..... eddyramrod 1
Station Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 Those wheels are nice. They're Fiat/Lancia fitment, but probably Lancia, they seem to have off looking wheels from the 70's - search 'Lancia wheels' in google for ensuing madness. I hope Nigel gets well soon. dieselassist 1
STUNO Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 I too had the pleasure of meeting the great collector a few years ago. Please pass on my best wishes
