I had one of these with that engine, the engine was horrid, barely gave me over 40 mpg and wouldn't threaten a diesel Doblo to 60. For £100 though you can't complain. My brother had the 1.5 VTEC-E, which was an infinitely better engine in every way.

1.4i, I R WINNAR.

Yeah it's a pants engine for economy and a bit gutless considering its 90bhp, we had two, and the auto was the better one though it wouldn't downshift.

Not bad for £100 mind, I really rate the 3 door hatchbacks. 5 door is the pinnacle of boring though.

That looks Like an absolute steal and I bet it will still be going after most of those nice shiny new lease hire cars are bridged in 10 years time with a bit of maintenance.

It even has rear wheel arches it must be the autoshite bargain of the year.
