This M reg old girl been in the family for years; used daily and still an excellent runner at 112,000 miles; MOT until 22 August. Servicing documents going back years. Couple of things have given up - rear wiper and external temperature guauge dont work - but rest is ok. Body has lost the vibrancy and glamour of youth but I still cherish her. Only getting rid of her as son emigrated to Oz and gave me back the car I bought for him! Kids . . .  so I dont need this nag any more. Would prefer she goes to caring rest home rather than knackers yard. Power Steering; Sunroof; drivers airbag; 2 keys; I'll throw in Haynes Manual (bought 2003 and pristine as car has been so reliable - LOL)  post-20476-0-93447200-1467744335_thumb.jpg

Roffle? 7, 32, 37, 42 & 57 if so!

Posted

A Roffle might be a bit much to ask of a newbie!  I might have a use for a car like this soon, but I'm wimping out of the distance involved, sorry.  GLWTS though, it's in the right place here.  One of us will be all over it!

Yo, distance ain't a problem for me. A train ticket back tae Worcestershire would suffice fae me.

Q: When did this shape Astra start to look good?

A: right about now

Would love to have a go at minting this up but I already have 3 metallic grey cars that need it more unfortunately.

I bought a similar one from cavcraft.co.as a while since. It was untested, and cost twice as much, therefore another vote for "BARGAIN" on this.

The red one has since aced two MOT's and is still going strong. And yes, Mk3 Astras are looking hot right now.

I've linked this thread for someone at work.  Still waiting for a verdict.

Where is it in the world? Any chance of the reg for some insurance quotes? Think it might be a bit new. Also, is it single point injection or multi?

I'm aware I can't be picky at this price, obviously.

Look at the title of this thread, you'll get an idea of where it's at ;)
