Cant believe the link pipe failed like that on the brembo's. I had a similar rusty set on the mrs meg 225, accidently damaged one when doing suspension work so ended up renewing both with kunifer same as yours. Defo going to keep an eye on the original ones on my other cars though.

Would be a nice tribute to the legendary Manta that raced the Nurburgring 24 hours for years but they are far too expensive, and probably not available in my size

Burnt the paint on the engine bay adding little bits for the bonnet pins and tried to touch them in but it looked like arse.

Supposed to just polish the bay but I've fractured my jaw and the polisher doing my head in so I just resprayed it 😂

Not a lot to add here apart from LOOK AT THE FUCKING WHEELS

Renault 19 16v alloys were purchased for it after trying for a long time to find something not too bling. I fecking love them.

It needs a handbrake cable and I want to replace the fuel line, there's a whiff of fuel from it occasionally but no signs of leaks. I blocked off the breather from the tank but it's still there occasionally. It looks like it was built with rubber hose from front to rear so it won't hurt to replace it. Just need to find a reliable source of hose that'll last.

Thanks! I don't actually know what the colour is but it is standard. It does make the wee van stand out in a sea of white ones though.

Dome has to fit the wings and valance once the new engine is in and he's finished the mechanical  stuff.

This should have been finished over a year ago but some retard decided to take an overdose then slit his wrists when he hadn't died, wild times 😂

Engine update - the valves and seats don't look the best so I bought a new set from Rockauto and dropped it off with a local engineering place to be assessed and hopefully rebuilt by them.

I've turned into one of these folk who makes a list as I'd likely forget something.
