Jalopy Magazine,what are they worth?

At the time, and in comparison to other more popular motoring magazines it was so irreverent, which made it utterly hysterical, particularly the buying guides. Rod Ker was truly the inspiration behind my subsequent, illustrious* writing career.

If there are Jalopy mags in circulation, I'd be very interested in getting my paws on them. You'd like the end result, I promise.

Thanks. It’s a but half-arsed but I hope someone enjoys it. No intention of morphing into Schmee just yet.

Whatever happened to the set on here that was being looked after and circulated by arrangement?

I gave mine away on here, Solidarity with fellow comrades etc

IIRC I even covered postage, as I’m a true believer.

I sold mine on here, as I'm a filthy capitalist pig.

Also, I'd just had two cars rust out from under me in less than six months and I was needing a replacement while otherwise potless.

I auctioned mine on here for charity.

Still got mine! Wish there was a mag like it now - no hope of that though.

Was a fan of their legendary scribe NGK Sparkright!

I've apart from 16 and 17 I've got all issues from 1 to 27 and several duplicates, just spotted that issue one alone recently sold for £20 on eBay!

I didn't realise they had a value!

I’ve still got my full set of the smallest and dullest motoring publication.

I just won an unexpected issue 3 on ebay yesterday.  I always bid to keep the prices up, but surprisingly received an excellent copy for just £7.75 Inc postage.

That's me! 😅

I'm selling the duplicate issues off, sold 4 of them in the first 40 mins of listing them!

My collection of seven issues made £40 on our charidee auction here back in 2018.
