Apols if this one has already been done 97 times.  Is there a list of the chodes that are long established members of the AS diaspora?  What are their stories of misery and despair?

Shamefully, I have bought three cars from shiters and later let them go to OUTSIDERS  (Alfa 147 of Dave and red5, Rangey of red5, Lancia HPE of skattrd).  One I have moved on to a shiter  (DizzerPug 205 of garethj).    I hope that I have just introduced another old skankmobile into the community by selling me Alfa to Six-cylinder.

The burgandy Saab 900 has been few several AS hands, starting with gadgetgricey, then The Moog, then me before it's current stint with eddyramrod.

2.5 litre V6, goes like a slightly floppy train, the rear screen smashed while with The Moog and a new one was collected by train and fitted. I then Brian Harvey'ed it into the LDV when welding caused some flames on a Limeflower 1100.

From memory the Ex Bollox rover 220 and the ex wobbler bx have gone through at least 6 changes of hands apiece through the forum.

So far I have predominantly bought chod from the outside world and unleashed them onto passed on the privilege to own them to the

Autoshite Community®.

Especially Mr Conelrad seems to know what his next car is by looking at my current one.

The 300E is "ex-Dollywobbler", but this is by no means unusual round these here electronic parts.

Indeed. The blue BX estate has been owned by RobT, Skattrd, Catsinthewelder, me and now FPB7 so that one is a bit of a bike.

My blue 75 is on its third AS owner (Wilko220, PBK, and myself)

There was a thread something like "The bikes of autoshite" or similar with this sort of thing listed ... I can't find it at present though.

This might hold the record, plus I think it's the only one so far to revisit a previous owner.

Still going strong - if a little scruffy in places now, it's penciled in for some proper TLC on the engine and bodywork in the next couple of months but continues to be excellent nonetheless.

This one started out with GaryCox, then ended up with me and currently it's in the care of Essexman.  Tidy and solid for it's age, it continues to get better after being preserved fairly well from years of storage.

Not sure if Philibusmo's Lancia Y10 counts as it's still his car but has passed through a number of us in the last few months.

Oh, almost forgot, I bought this battered but otherwise superb little Mazda from the Cavcraft Emporium of Quality Used Cars last year as a stop-gap, a very brief Autoshite bike though as I only had it for about 3 weeks and I don't think Billy had it much longer than that.  It's now out of the shite loop as I sold it via Facebook but I still see it around from time to time.

13 months ago my old friend Dave came up from Southport to have a weekend in the Lakes and go to a car show with me.  He promptly fell in love with my MR2, and still loves it, but at 81 years old, is beginning to feel the strain of getting in and out.  Tis a bit low down...

Today he's come up again for exactly the same purpose, and fallen in love with a certain Saab of this parish.  I'm terribly afraid* I may have to cut him a deal.  Again!

I'm very pleased to say that since returning from Cyprus, I've been responsible for several vehicle-movements within AS, and I'm actually proud that the Cherry is doing so well, it deserves to!
