Saab 9-5's even in Aero form are quite wafty. Mine has a cosseting ride, and is a lovely place to be after a long day at work.

Agree with Dan, Saab is far from a hardcore drivers car. Missus Moog thinks it isn't far off old X300 I had in that stakes.

Just makes sure hasn't got rubber band tyres as they can make it a bit jarring.

A Camry estate with the 7 seats and twin rear wipers, preferably a V6, more of a Lexus than the contemporary GS300 ever was. They drove like baby LS400s when they were new, can't remember the last time I saw one though.

Yeah, like these, a lot, were they even officially sold here? By then it was impossible to get Ze Englanders to by any luxobarge other than a Benz/BMW.

Fully loaded e39 estates (ideally 530D auto but any flavour will be good) make great waftobarges.  Like highly specced Mercs, they were expensive new and so unlikely to have been a reps hack, more likely a managers vanity company car with early, tender care.

Ooooof , now that's a handsome motor . From the outside anyway . No doubt the interior is just universal Japanese motor car .

Since I have owned The Saab, I am enjoying driving for the first time in many years. Great car :)
