"if you represent a club which has both pre and post 2000 cars you are welcome to bring 25% of your display cars as post-2000, however you must submit a list of all participating cars and ages along with this form showing only one car in four to be post-2000."

 

From that I take it to mean that they'll consider newer cars, but probably only those of interest to 'normal' folks...
