As others have said, it's nothing to do with it being a BMW. It's the sheer wastefulness and fist-chewingly embarrassing nature of the modz that I find offensive. This car screams "Hello, my owner is a retard!" and that would be the same irrespective of the marque.

It fails on many counts. Too much effort to try and look cool is not cool. Reeks of desperation - like the kid at school that tries too hard to be different. The owner didn't have to screw up a perfectly useable and presentable car for the sake of attention seeking. I don't know why it makes me so bitter, there are a million and one things out there that should take priority, but this car only suggests to me the owner is slightly touched in the head.
