I've always loved the design of these Panhard 24s.

Off-topic colour pic, but I saw some of the modular styling models for this a while back at an exhibition

somebody has been building a replica of the estate for years but I doubt it will ever get done, sadly. Such a looker.

Another Triumph Mayflower...for a short time Post-War there was a car shortage and just about anything made sold (in this case for export).

I think he is practicing his cabaret act. On stage 10 birds emerge from under his his hat when he says the magic words...Ford Consul.

384 Old Kent Road London. Buildings and raised pavement still there and remarkably unaltered.

^ the truly amazing thing was that the architect's model looked fabulous and so they built it ..forgetting that from street level the display aspect would hardly be seen !

Yea it's actually like a child's garage made real. Must have had a pretty good lift..
