Anyone up for Northumberland/Borders day trip in July?

Could meet at Berwick, Kelso, Jedburgh, Carter Bar, Otterburn or Alnwick.

Alternatively we could do An Autoshite A68 rally. 2 start points Edinburgh and Darlington. Meet up for picnic at Carter Bar on the border.

Sounds good, I'm off work for the first two weeks of July but I can't remember which one I'm away for.

Leaderfoot viaduct would be a good backdrop for a photoshoot if the sun is pointing the right way. The Bernat Klein studio would be good too but we'd have to organise permission because the car park is barricaded IIRC.

I'd be up for this! Always a nice drive down that way.

I reckon I could put in an appearance providing mine passes it's MOT.

I'll come along, as long as I can come home in an 850 T5.

Possibly, I could pop in and see some family whilst I was in the area.

Will be going to Scotland in July in rented Dub camper van, so might be able to pass by if dates work out.

My birthday is in July. Do tell me more.

This is my former hood. I'd like to come along but I'd have to skip out of baby duties for a bit.

Barry, I'm in the pub just now but have a search on my username and you'll see the details of the fine beast...

Yes, I know the car from your legendary "walked out of the highlands with a sore helmet and no memory" post fella. I just want you to say some words that sounded like £400 and we will be good to go.

The bump on the head hasn't affected me that much but we're not far off...

The Bernat Klein derelict concrete structure, would be good too but we'd have to organise permission because the car park is barricaded IIRC.

^ If I ever come into any money that's my future house.

This place is also worth a visit and it's about 5 miles from the above in selkirk. You'd never think it was there but it's a big european style villa with a big loch out the back of it.

The owner gifted it to the town but they've been struggling to come up with any ideas that'll sustain it.
