I acquired a car on Sunday. I was in bed, with a violently unpleasant bug of some kind, and Mr Twosmoke300 called in on the way back from Shitefest. Unfortunately I didn't see him due to being indisposed, but he left the car outside my house and gave the keys to Mrs Livered before carrying on his way.

 

What a wonderful way to acquire a car! When the lurgy subsided enough for me to emerge, blinking, into the sunlight, a ravishing nugget of golden shite was sitting there, winking at me, with fluffy dice and all.

 

My plans to acquire the car without Mrs Livered's knowledge obviously fell a bit flat though...

I bought The Wentworth just over a month ago. Not sure if I'll own it as long as I have owned The Volvo, which has been in my custody for 10.5 years now, but I hope to keep it until its MOT is due in November at least

I saw that, red, 3dr and in Plymouth? It looked povo spec with spindly wheels and no options, the seller listed that as a negative but that's what appealed to me!
