Renault 5 Campus - just 202 miles.

I was reading the Sunday Mirror motoring page yesterday, and this caught my eye.

Bought back in the day by a little old lady who decided she didn't like it, so she tucked it away in her garage and never used it. 202 miles.

Fancy it?

You'd better get along here on April 5th then:

The Sunday Mirror estimates a few hundred quid, but I can see it going for a tad more.

Very nice citroens! I presume the final hammer price will be much much higher than the estimated price

I did think that just after I started justifying one for that price...

I'm not looking at the calender to see if i'm working that day,  P5B in blue with silver roof could easily be coming home.

It'll be interesting to see how the ex-Rugg Citroens do. Feels like flooding a very small market to me.

What about that Volvo 340. It has the same history as the Renault 5 and half the miles.

Still has the paper floor mats and the new car smell !

These were my thoughts on looking through that listing, that many immaculate CX s all being sold at the same time must severely depress their values- unless of course an Autoshiter wins the lottery before the sale. I wonder if you could just lodge a phone bid of ,say £900,000 for everything in the sale ( I'd leave the wank Bini and the Cobra kit there though).

The bestest one is this Triumph that comes with a  free tank on the roofrack

Quite fancy the MG Metro. As has already been said, think the estimated sale prices are very low

Looking back to the January sale the final price (including buyer's fee) aren't that far off Rob's estimates.

Agree with the Citroen overload but the last time I spoke to Patrick he'd lost his storage. He did say his uncle's XM is really really nice and well worth a punt though.

Did you see the Volvo 340 at the bottom of the page with 132 miles on the clock? A similar story to the Renault 5.

Much to want in that auction. Little I can actually afford.
