I've got quite a soft spot for these old Audi 80s.

If that's as minty fresh as it looks, that's fairly cheap

Are those Audis really worth that sort of money? I weighed in a really tidy one about three years ago. Due to previous memories of owning one it gave me great pleasure watching the grab take it off the back of the truck.

I think he will struggle to get £2,500.

If it was a minty mint 80 Sport he would have a chance as they seem to be on the up. I'd say £1800.

I wonder what the medals were for?

Outstanding bravery removing a 2.5 Di engined shit box and transplanting a smokey old pez unit?

Losing several fingers taking his weapon of mass destruction out from the bride's clout?

Selfessly patrolling Clacton High Street in the face of heavily made up slags?

Single handedly disarming the cherry bomb exhaust?

One of those gongs looks like BOS/KOS, but he's a Crab/Rockape, so I don't really know what they get tin for. Marching NOT sideways, probably

I sure hope that he'll accept my offer of £1:37.

I now feel physically sick, poor car.

The problem is that whoever buys that will try and insure it for £8500 and the insurance companies will say stroll on. The idiot will then join the 2CV club and ask for a £8500 valuation from the 2CVGB club valuations expert i.e. me and I'll have to inspect it (without being sick) before having to tell the disappointed "bunty" reader that its worth about £3000 because some tit bodged a rebuild and painted it a gastly colour.

Arsehats!

**** it. I literally missed it by 1 hour 29 minutes. Hopefully he'll relist it again and I can put it on my watch list.

I just saw from his eBay feedback that 405 seller has been knocking his model collection out at £30-50 a pop. Which probably makes him even more convinced that the full-size job is worth 10 times more.

So, he's a model seller then... :D

They have loads of other plastic bargains on eBay too, I've been to this garage and some of their prices even for the other bilge on offer are salty beyond belief. Who buys these three wheeled monstrosities for this kind of wonga?
