I've been a member of PistonHeads for a few years but rarely stray into "News Politics and Economics". If you stick to cars, I find the site is OK. I have seen you throw down the gauntlet and wrestle the bigots manfully but I can't be bothered with it I am ashamed to say. They're all too angry about being swamped by Romainin Bulgarinans. Though in my defence I was called an "absolute fucktard" for suggesting the ECHR isn't actually part of the EU fairly recently.

Did anyone see the Dakar documentary on BBC4. That girl who went on the Dakar with Mark Thatcher hates his guts. Probably mosly because he got them hideously lost then was stuck with him in the desert for 10 days or what ever listening to him trump.

I'm a bit of a fan of Maggie myself, odd in that i'm a 28 year old working class lancastrian who's father did actually work in a mill till it went bust.

Politians of today all seem too interested in coming across as a nice guy and being inoffensive and caring........ironically Thatcher seems to have been the only one with any bollocks.
