Rightio chaps.

Currently have a Lada Riva that is getting right on my tatties !

It's slow, boring and currently has the habbit of loosing its spark (Fixed the original problem, now the dizzy base is borked)

So whilst i faff about mending that, i need a "cheap" and fairly reliable motor to smoke around in.

Budget is £500, as this then leaves me room to journey to the vendor & apply fuel and some insurance.

Working alternators are a must, as is non goosed wheel bearings, but both can be overlooked.

On a serious note, everything will be considered

HELP !!

thanks

I believe that B reg Sierra 1.6 Emax for £450 ono is still available, the only thing is that it's in Bury St.Edmunds in Suffolk.

I think I've just linked it to your Facebook wall.

Today's special offer is...............

bth_SAM_0120.jpg

Put 6 month's tax on my little brown EE80 Corolla and run it round until you get the Lada sorted.

I'll then buy any excess tax back off you.

I'm putting the red Sunchaser back on the road so haven't got room in the garden to park the Corolla up, but it's been too bloody good and reliable (30,000m in just over 3 years) so I want to keep it as my winter car.

You've been in it, you know what it's like, it's just a bit tattier and older now !!

I might have everyone's favourite* car soon, a Corsa B 1.2 3 door. 1998 I think, taxed and tested circa £450.

Corolla looks a good bet. 460 remains an option if you can get insured on it.
