Here's today's update.

 

406 has been moved on and in its place is this lovely K11 Micra.

76,000 on the clock. Taxed until May and with about 6 months ticket.

Needs a bit of scabbery sorting out and the window winder cable fixing, both on the drivers door as well as a couple of little odds and ends like a glovebox catch.

 

How much would YOU say it's worth cos I'm not sure how much to ask for it?

 

No electric windows, central locking or power steering but it does have a button for aircon.

Yep, had a look under the bonnet and all the piping and aircon radiator is there. Revs drop when the button is pressed as well. Freezing cold here today so no idea if it needs a regass.

Old Japanese equipment combinations never fail to amaze me. A friend once had a Whishiwhushi Cold Turbo or sum such that had no power steering, no central locking, no electric windows, nothing. But electric wing mirrors.

My (or rather, ma_sterling's) 98 S-plate Micra has absolutely fark all spec wise. It came with nothing, nothing resembling PAS, leccy windows, central locking or air-con, I'm surprised they bothered to fit wheel trims and a spec badge. The only thing I've done to 'up spec' it using standard parts is; fit standard rear speakers, A-pillar tweeters (only 1 connection found though) chuck in some Nissan floor mats and recently fit some rear interior panels with cubby holes.

I still have it, the L reg one was my first one after the bike accident which left me with a "spaz arm" and I ditched that after 12 months for the giffertastic T plate one that I still have now.... Just waiting for the right Hyundai to come along now I think! Its getting some new tyres on Friday, isnt it lucky.

I also did the rear shelf speaker upgrade (but got a shelf without the brake light cut out) £10 well spent.

Being a lazy twat I've not been up to much trading lately so here's a bit of an update.

Low Mileage Rover 25 1.4 with recent head gasket, lots of tax and MOT, 54 plate and £500 should get it for you is you're interested.

Mercedes E240, Silver, automatic, 84000 miles, X plated, been keyed along some panels, £500, taxed till the end of the month and long MOT.

A quick update. Kia Sportage has sold for full asking to a happy buyer in Halewood.

 

I've bumped up my wanted ad to try and get some new rolling stock.
