Judging by the extended body line from the cab and the vents on the rear quarter that started life as a crew cab pick up.

Coleman and Milne bodied Mercedes E350 hearse, run by Greens Carriage Masters a 'fleet provider of hearses, limousines and funeral services', that London. Here's some more of theirs -

Each to their own, but I find them utterly tasteless and tacky, a bit like the enormous tombstone/monument things I've started to notice in graveyards which appear to be for showing how much more important the dead person was than everyone else around them
