Right, I reckon it might be easiest to meet at The Racecourse pub on the A50. It's only a midge's dick from the venue (Uttoxeter racecourse) but is probably the most accesible place with any sort of parking within a reasonable distance. Google map link is above.

 

I'm thinking it'll be best to meet there about 9am with a view to having a bit of a blather, sorting tickets, then getting to the show about 9.30.

 

Is everyone ok with this, or do any Staffs locals know of anywhere better to meet?

Double Bumhats because my ticket arrived the same day I found out I couldn't go. Not happy about it, I'm really not, as I was looking forward to this. The only person I could give it to that might be able to attend is my Dad in his scabby old Carina, but I have a sneaking suspicion it's a '98 and therefore not quite old enough. Also, I'd be inflicting my Dad on all of you.
