Pillock Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 Go on then, what's the AMP light on the Sunny for? And why RR DEF? I assume rear defrost? RR?

Spottedlaurel Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 Go on then, what's the AMP light on the Sunny for? And why RR DEF? I assume rear defrost? RR?AMP is some sort of battery warning light (I assume low charge). It's certainly not for the stereo...... RR appears to be a particularly precise way of saying rear, it also says it for the foglights.
alcyonecorporation Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 AMP is some sort of battery warning light (I assume low charge). It's certainly not for the stereo...... RR appears to be a particularly precise way of saying rear, it also says it for the foglights. If the RR light comes on, it's telling you to modify it in the style of the Retro Rides bozo Sunny. Very insightful, these Japanese. Nothing left to chance. Magnificent Rustbucket, BorniteIdentity, RobT and 1 other 4

trigger Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 I've spent many a hour sat behind the wheel of one of those Turdburgs, the ones i drove were more like your first one though i think the new ones are like your new one (i haven't driven one for about 8 years now). We have 100s of them down the docks here, those and MOLs.
AlabamaShrimp Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 Are they slow on purpose? As in more torque or is it to stop people speeding them round a yard?
dollywobbler Posted February 16, 2017 Author Posted February 16, 2017 About time I joined back in with this thread. Just got a new phone - a (dab of) Oppo F1s. Straight out the box, thought I'd see what it made of this scenario. I'm impressed! I think I'll also enjoy driving the Omega at night. Vauxhall dials of this era are so clear and concise. Oh, and the phone is also gold, to match my new steed. So far, the phone cost more than the car, but I can see that position changing before too long... Magnificent Rustbucket and Lacquer Peel 2

Magnificent Rustbucket Posted February 16, 2017 Posted February 16, 2017 The Ford styled Jags look and feel very different inside to the BL designed ones such as the XJ-S and XJ40, don't they.

Station Posted February 16, 2017 Posted February 16, 2017 In work we had reference videos/photos of how each dashboard illuminated and their telltale lights from over 1000 cars, from the 40's to present day, it was pretty awesome seeing all that. Lacquer Peel, nacho man and alcyonecorporation 3
