I was unaware that quite THAT much ordnance had been expended on the larger Belgian towns during the late unpleasantness with Herr Hitler...

An actual postcard that I paid for from ebay.fr.

It's from Vire, the main town near Frogchod towers.

There is a country that does have postcards and cars and even postcards with cars, that we did not yet show here.

Welcome to the North of Korea.

This is the fine coastal town of Hamhung, where they have a Volvo and a Bus and two other cars.

According to internet wisdom, they never paid for these Volvo's. https://www.npr.org/sections/parallels/2017/12/04/547390622/how-1-000-volvos-ended-up-in-north-korea-and-made-a-diplomatic-difference?t=1530254466872

In the capital, there are a few more cars, nevertheless most people have to walk. Still better than in Namur, isn't it?

Took 'em years to finish it, but it's done now.  Apparently.  No more traffic, though...

interweb says only exterior is completed. I am sure it will be opened as a Trump tower soon.

North Korea seems to be the inspiration for every Western fucking dumbass politician.

Probably because North Korea has the kind of internal control that many Western politicians secretly* wish for: unaccountability and a cowed population. The Turks are working hard on this.

Mechelen/Malines. Again, I have no idea why this became a postcard.

That light coloured Traction is undoubtedly made in Belgium. Note all the unusual accessories.

This card of Marple in Cheshire was only sent this week, but I think the photo may be a bit older!
