Tracing a car after re-registration?

Hi everyone

 

Two former members of my fleet no longer 'pull' on the DVLA taxdisc site, one has had the registration transferred to a 2003 Bini according to mycarcheck.com, and the other one is coming up 'vehicle details not found', which makes me think it's had a Northern Irish plate or something put on it.

 

Does anybody know of a way to trace the cars, either using their original reg marks, or the chassis number?
