HOLY CRAP!!!! Yes it is! what ON EARTH this car is doing in UK?!.... That is unbelievable! Did you know that they made a RWD version of it too? Guess what powertrain they used on it? The Paykan/Hunter with the Rootes 1.6L Avenger Engine. I have a thread about that check it out http://autoshite.commlm/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=10686.

well, if they don't want it, I'll have it for the price of scrap or thereabouts! The damage seems to be very limited, so it won't need a lot I guess, and it will be 'fun' dealing with the DVLA bureaucracy (or is some VIN-raping in order? ).

Do we know where the company has moved to (hopefully somewhere nearer than Vietnam!)?

Respect to whoever it was for importing it to the UK. Seems like a crying shame for it to sitting there dowing nothing, attracting the unappreciative chav vandals. :(

YAG! @ The brand new never-registered Peugeot 405  Its already got a wheel trim missing though  It needs to be saved. Quickly.

I know someone who has a never-registered 90' Rover Sterling. Not seen it in the metal though.

It's not far from you if you're up for some local enquiries.

Wolseley had it yellow / white plates untill recently :(

Why do people do that? The original style plates look fine. It's not as if you can only get historic road tax if you have silver on black plates. :?

That black Mk1 Capri looks great! Timewarp stuff, I remember our neighbour having a very tidy Mk1 in the mid-80s.

Theres more pics of that and the others - you can admire it on flickr later this week. Poor Trigg those number plates allways seem to crop up dont they

I guess the lights could still go on the 'bay and the bonnet and wheels would weigh in.

Still, with all the noxious substances knocking about from the melted plastics and battery I wouldn't go anywhere near it.
