Could be an FX3. I don't recall London cabs begin anything other than black, back in the days,. But the shape of the rear window and that there appears to be a white rectangle plate on the rear. That looks to be a similar size to those on the other taxis in the image. It was a scan of a postcard.

The advertising campaign based on kerb crawling was maybe not Saatchi & Saatchi’s best idea.
